Pozitia privilegiata a hotelului, deschiderea spre mare sau spre lac care te imbie sa urmaresti un spectaculos rasarit al soarelui din Marea Neagra sau magnificul apus al acestuia in apele lacului Siutghiol, adierea continua a brizelor, precum si ambianta de relaxare si confort, sunt doar cateva elemente care fac din Hotelul IAKI o locatie speciala. Avand in vedere lista tarilor pentru care se mentine obligativitatea carantinei sau autoizolarii la domiciliu pentru persoanele care vin/revin in Romania din urmatoarele tari, va comunicam faptul ca nu putem caza oaspetii sositi din: Italia, Spania, Belgia, Franta, Olanda, dar si de pe alte continente sau din tari precum Noua Zeelanda. PROCEDURI IMPLEMENTATE impotriva riscului infectarii cu COVID - 19 Pornim la redeschiderea hotelului Iaki cu gândul la siguranța oaspeților și angajaților. În vederea garantării continuității activităților de cazare in conditii stricte de siguranta, s-au implementat recomandările Ministerului Sănătății pentru gestionarea riscului igienico-sanitar precum și un set de măsuri suplimentare în materie de prevenire și gestiune a urgenței epidemiologice cu COVID-19: -Personalul hotelului este monitorizat zilnic si se realizeaza testari periodice ale tuturor angajatilor. -Sunt instalate statii dezinfectante la intrarile in hotel, pe fiecare etaj si la intrarile in restaurant si SPA, sali de conferinte. -Exista semnalistică specifică pentru oaspeți privind distanțarea socială si un circuit de urcare – coborare pe scari (stickere), afișe cu igiena corectă a mâinilor și frecvența acesteia dispuse în spațiile comune. -Folosirea lifturilor va fi facuta doar daca este strict necesar, de catre cel mult 2 persoane odata (recomandat din aceeasi familie), care vor purta masti de protectie. Toate incaperile hotelului (camera, holuri, receptie etc.) au fost dezinfectate prin nebulizare. -Personalul care executa operaţiunile de curatare şi dezinfecţie este instruit corespunzator de companii specializate. -Receptia Hotelului Iaki are la imediata dispozitie numerele de telefon ale autorităților de sănătate, centre medicale, spitale publice sau private și centre de asistență pentru utilizare oricand este nevoie. -Recepția are la dispozitie un kit medical care include următoarele elemente: Dezinfectant/ șervețele antibacteriene pentru curățarea suprafețelor, măști pentru față / ochi (separate sau combinate, ochelari de protecție), mănuși (de unică folosință), imbracaminte cu mâneci lungi, sort de unica folosinta, saci de unica folosinta pentru deseuri. -Amenajarea panoului de protecție (plexiglas) la recepție astfel încât să fie favorizată distanțarea socială. -Punem la dispozitia oaspetelui in camere kit de igiena (masti, manusi de unica folosinta). -Oaspetii vor primi la check-in pentru completare declaratie pe proprie raspundere in scopul reducerii riscului de imbolnavire cu virusul Covid-19 si se va folosi un termometru digital (intrare in hotel), pentru a putea monitoriza temperatura persoanelor care urmeaza a fi cazate. Dacă va depăși 37.3 grade nu li se va permite accesul în unitate. -Pentru a evita riscurile generate de manipularea banilor încurajăm plățile prin mijloace electronice (card, online). -Autoturismele oaspetilor nu vor fi manevrate de catre curieri, acestia vor da indicatii catre locurile de parcare si ii va insoti pe oaspeti doar la preluarea bagajelor. -Usile intrarii in hotel, iesirii pe terasa vor sta permanent deschise pentru ca oaspetii si personalul sa nu fie nevoit sa atinga manerele usilor. -Mesele de pe terasă vor fi dispuse la distanța recomandată de 2 metri și nu vor putea fi mutate; servirea meselor incluse sau a la carte se va face pentru început în sistem roomservice sau pe terasa hotelului. -Toate spațiile comune și camerele se vor aerisi zilnic. -Produsele folosite pentru dezinfectare/curatare sunt avizate de Ministerul Sanatatii, insotite de certificări impotriva coronavirus. -Angajații vor purta mască și mănuși și vor fi informați permanent cu privire la măsurile de siguranță ce trebuie respectate. -Deși COVID-19 nu se transmite prin aer, ci de la o persoană la alta prin picături mici din nas sau gură atunci când o persoană infectată tuseste sau expiră, se va acorda atenție, ca în circumstanțe normale, monitorizării stării filtrelor și menținerea corespunzătoare a dozei de înlocuire a aerului interior. Vor fi verificate funcționarea corespunzătoare a echipamentelor de ventilație, schimb de aer. Siguranta tuturor este pe primul loc! Va asteptam cu drag si cu incredere sa va petreceti urmatorul sejur la IAKI!

PROCEDURES IMPLEMENTED against the risk of COVID – 19 infection We have reopened Iaki Hotel considering the safety of guests and employees. In order to guarantee that the accommodation services respect at all times strict safety conditions, we have implemented the recommendations of the Ministry of Health for the management of the hygienic-sanitary risk as well as a set of additional measures in the field of prevention and management of the epidemiological COVID-19 emergency: -The hotel staff is monitored daily and all employees are periodically tested. -Disinfecting stations are installed at the hotel entrance, on each floor and at the entrances to the restaurant, SPA and conference rooms. -There are specific signs for guests regarding the social distance and an ascent-descent circuit (stairs), posters with information on the correct hygiene of the hands and its frequency arranged in the common spaces. -The elevators will be used only if it is strictly necessary, by maximum 2 people at the same time (recommended from the same family), who will wear protective masks. All hotel spaces (room, halls, reception etc.) were disinfected by nebulization. -The personnel performing the cleaning and disinfection operations is properly trained by specialized companies. -The Reception of Iaki Hotel has at its immediate disposal the telephone numbers of the health authorities, medical centers, public or private hospitals and assistance centers, to be used whenever needed. -The Reception has a medical kit that includes the following elements: Disinfectant / antibacterial wipes for cleaning surfaces, face/eye masks (separate or combined, goggles), gloves (disposable), long-sleeved clothing, disposable apron, disposable waste bags. -A protection panel (plexiglass) is set at reception so as to favor social distancing. -We offer the guests, in the rooms, a hygiene kit (masks, disposable gloves). -Guests will receive at check-in a form to complete on their own responsibility in order to reduce the risk of getting sick with the Covid-19 virus and a digital thermometer will be used (at the entrance to the hotel), in order to monitor the temperature of the people about to be checked-in. Pentru a evita blocajele din parcare oaspetii sunt rugati sa lase numarul masinii si numarul de telefon la receptie. 5. Cerintele de upgrade de tip de camera sau vedere la mare se discuta cu Departamentul Rezervari inainte de a se caza, nu in ziua de check-in la receptie. Aceste modificari se pot efectua conform politicii tarifare, contracost si in functie de disponibilitate. 6. Accesul la Centrul Spa este inclus in tarif pentru cei care au achizitionat pensiune completa. In caz contrar accesul este contracost 69 lei/ persoana/zi. 7. Oaspetii sunt obligati sa prezinte la check-in un card de credit valid pentru garantare, hotelul isi rezerva dreptul de a preautoriza suma aferenta cazarii sau minibarului (500 lei). Garantarea se poate face si cu numerar prin constituirea unui depozit la receptie. NU ESTE PERMIS in interiorul hotelului accesul cu animale de companie! 8. Din motive comerciale si sanitare, categoric nu se admite introducerea in incinta hotelului si depozitarea in camera sau pe balcoane a produselor alimentare si bauturilor aduse din exterior. Utilizarea echipamentelor de gatit/ incalzit in camerele de hotel este strict interzisa. Hotelul isi rezerva dreptul de a evacua din hotel persoanele care aduc si utilizeaza astfel de echipamente. 11. In camere nu exista frigidere casnice, ci numai mici racitoare hoteliere, tip minibar, destinate exclusiv pastrarii bauturilor miniaturale, specifice acestui tip de serviciu. Racitoarele minibar nu sunt in masura sa pastreze alimente, cu atat mai mult nu pot asigura pastrarea alimentelor pentru sugari si copii mici. Folosirea racitorului in alte scopuri decat cel de minibar implica o taxa de 10 euro/zi/camera. 12. Hotelul dispune in fiecare camera de casete de valori cu introducere de cod personal. Oaspetii sunt rugati sa depuna valorile pe care le au cu ei in aceste casete. Administratia hotelului nu raspunde de obiectele sau valorile uitate, pierdute, nesupravegheate sau neprotejate, oriunde s-ar produce disparitia acestora, in incinta hotelului sau perimetrul exterior proprietatii. 13. Regimul demipensiune este format din mic dejun si pranz/ cina. Oaspetii trebuie sa isi aleaga tipul mesei de la momentul rezervarii. Micul dejun şi prânzul se servesc începând cu a doua zi de cazare şi inclusiv în ziua plecării. În prima zi se intră cu cina, doar in cazul achizitionarii pensiunii complete sau demipensiunii cu cina. Serviciile de masa platite in avans, mic dejun, pranz sau cina se servesc in regim bufet in cazul in care se asigura numarul de minim 30 persoane, in caz contrar va fi disponibil un serviciu set menu. Pentru accesul la pranz/ cina este obligatorie purtarea bratarii inmanata la receptie la momentul cazarii; Demipensiunea/ pensiunea completa se serveste in interiorul celor doua restaurante (Ballroom sau Coriolis), terasa restaurantului este destinata doar oaspetilor a la carte. Pe durata sejurului, la mesele bufet, inclusiv la micul dejun, nu este permisa parasirea spatiilor alocate servirii mesei cu bauturi sau produse alimentare. Pentru cazurile exceptionale medicale, oaspetii se vor se adresa sefului de sala. Administratia hotelului nu isi asuma responsabilitatea pentru copiii lasati nesupravegheati in spatiile din incinta hotelului, plaja, piscina sau perimetrul exterior al proprietatii. Daca durata sejurului se scurteaza din motive independente de hotel, hotelul nu are obligatia a de a restitui contravaloarea noptilor neconsumate. Recomandăm decență și respect atât față de ceilalți oaspeți, cât și față de personal. Nu vor fi acceptate în restaurant, lifturi și recepția hotelului persoanele îmbrăcate necorespunzator. Spa Etiquette Oaspetii cazati in hotel, ce au acest serviciu inclus in pachetul de servicii achizitionat, pot accesa gratuit centrul de relaxare o data pe zi, in acel moment primind de la Receptia Spa un prosop si papuci destinati folosirii piscinei. Programarea- Pentru o mai buna desfasurare a activitatii, procedurile solicitate de oaspeti necesita programare. Programarea se face in avans la Receptia Spa, in functie de disponibilitate. Este necesara mentiunea preferintelor oaspetilor. Ce tip de terapeut se doreste: femeie/ barbat. Confortul oaspetilor este cel mai important lucru pentru noi. Probleme medicale- Oaspetele necesita o consultatie medicala, inainte de efectuarea procedurilor, recomandam sa se comunice maseurului orice afectiune medicala. Copii- Accesul copiilor la piscina se va face doar sub supravegherea unui adult, iar la sala de fitness accesul acestora este permis dupa varsta de 17 ani. Folosirea piscinei si a saunelor. Pentru a asigura un mediu curat si igienic, se va folosi dusul inainte de accesarea saunei si a piscinei. Se va purta casca de protectie in apa piscinei. Este interzis accesul in piscina persoanelor cu plagi deschise, dermatite sau alte boli transmisibile. Centrul isi rezerva dreptul de a refuza accesul in piscina persoanelor care prezinta afectiuni ale pielii. Obiecte pierdute- Iaki Spa nu este raspunzator pentru pierderea obiectelor personale, de aceea sugeram ca obiectele de valoare sa nu fie lasate nesupravegheate. Plata serviciilor- Serviciile efectuate la Spa se achita la inceputul efectuarii lor la Receptia Spa sau se pot incasa impreuna cu serviciile hoteliere. Folosirea echipamentelor- Pentru a evita unele neplaceri, va rugam sa respectati instructiunile de folosire afisate si recomandarile personalului Iaki Spa.
